Ohhhhh yeah. Something that heavily based on pistons would at least lag your game to the point it was unplayable. It's very possible it could crash the client completely. I do want to accomplish something like that one day, but I don't want to force a crash due to a ridiculous amount of pistons going off at once. I want to build something so technical and complex it can accomplish this, just to find the ultimate limit of redstone in MCXBLA.

Yes there have been a lot of redstone computers built before, though there aren't that many compared to other creations. I'll admit, I personally talk to quite a few people that are much better at this stuff than myself. And I know there are quite a few folks beyond that which exceed my skill. I've seen several computers better than my own creations, but I'd still say this project would probably place within the top 10 regarding sheer power.
