Addon maker that dosent replace things

CALLING ALL APP MAKERS,
in 1.8 you can make addons that can't replace anything. And make the app free
Can you please make a addon maker for minecraft pocket edition 1.11+ for android where you can add melee weapons, ranged weapons, blocks, etc. that DONT REPLACE ANYTHING. Ok
Adding new melee weapons: you can set the damage and choose thier texture with a picture you have.
Adding ranged weapons: adding ranged weapons (like a bow or a gun etc.) You can choose thier texture, You can make them fire a projectile that is already in the game
(Arrows, snowballs fireballs etc). And make your OWN projectile that you can fire. You can set the guns fire rate, etc.
Adding new projectiles: you can set the projectiles range and damage and texture. So since we cant make addons with an app that dont replace anything on android. We colud use this. Imagine HOW MUCH DOWNLOADS YOU COLUD GET FROM THIS APP. So pls make a app like this pls!
UPDATE: with AddOns maker for MCPE we can make custom blocks and tools bit if i select a custom texture that is not a preset for custom swords EVEN IF ITS 16x16 all it shows is a purple and black square.
Addons can now not replace anything. I want to make addons that dont replace anything WITHOUT CODING.
Not many pepole are listening to this. I had a addon maker that didnt replace things for a month by now but i want to add some Guns into minecraft, not just swords.i also want a addon maker that can add Custom entities too.
