Texture Pack

So, does anyone know how to make a bedrock texture pack? I want to be able to use my Allay-X mob skin in bedrock, but I can’t figure it out. If anyone does, post it and be sure to credit me with creating the textures.

Alternative: write a manifest. The manifest is the only thing I can’t figure out. Still a noob when it comes to JSON…
