i would like to try to make a texture pack for windows 10. does anyone have recommendations for what programs to use, or just have ay tips/ideas in general?

I'm not sure how adding a RP to W10 is, but making it should be fairly similar to Java. I suggest using a program called Paint.net (it's not a website, so put a space after searching it up.) it's free and I use it for my stuff
