What server where you playing on?
If you were playing on the Hive, similar errors can happen
If that's the case, it's just the anticheat thinking you might be hacking and kicking you from the server

Unless you have a better connection, you cant really.
Because the kick could occur because of the reason I stated or the anticheat code isnt the best.
Luckily its just a kick and not a ban like Hypixel

on my pc sometimes a cpu crash disconnects me from internet...
A CPU "crash" will either hang the entire system, return a BSOD, or more often it will just reset your pc. I doubt "CPU crash" is responsible for your networking issues.
