Wolves You probably know them. Wolves are often depicted as scary creatures that are eager for a tasty morsel like in The Wolf and the Seven Little Goats or The Three Little Pigs, but that's not really the case. If you were to encounter one in real life, it would run away in fear. Besides, wolves can smell you before you see them, so it's very rare. If you see one, if it growls at you, don't panic. Back away calmly, keep looking at it, or make yourself look big. The wolf arrived in the Netherlands in March 2015. You can see them near the Veluwe National Park.
