I don't know about you fine people, but I Minecraft-live for building. I am without plans, or anything but the most rudimentary of blueprints. I'm what you could call a Ramblecrafter, one who builds or mines whatever ideas come to mind, allowing the flow of inspiration guide their movements more than challenge. It's almost therapeutic. It's almost as if [SOUL BEARING QUOTA FILLED]
What guides your hands through your epic builds, fellow Minecrafters?
How do you come up with such amazing ideas? Do you watch movies or look at pictures of your favorite settings, and think to yourself, "That's what I'm going to do"? Do the ideas simply pour from your ears, mouth, nose, mammary glands, sweat glands, and parts unmentionable?
What inspires you? The drive to create? The satisfaction of seeing a job well done? The swell of pride that comes from looking upon a completed floating island, and knowing that, even if it's a single-player server and it may never be seen by someone else, you know that you created something amazing? Is Jesus telling you to?
How do you prepare your builds? MS Paint blueprints? Legos? Photos of reference?
