Second Layer Problem?
Straightforward topic: My second layer wont show up in-game. I made a nice skin on Inkscape/Paint, and I uploaded the PNG to minecraft.net and it was awesome: my edits were there and the color was epic but I pressed F5 to check the hood: it wasn't there. I edited it and I uploaded it multiple times but it wont work STILL. Any suggestions?

I'm running on 1.7.5 and I all the white (I've had this problem before, my head was full white) I erased on Inkscape. Also, I exported the .svg file as a .png through Inkscape (Just some extra info).
Which version are you on? Also, if you saved the skin with paint, then the hat will not show up.
