My name is MrGermanrain and I am the Founder of Global Development Team. We are a group of 10 coders that make plugins together.
Recently we have been planning out a server and have been making custom Mini-Games for our server. It will be a Hub server (huh... do any other type of servers still exist https://fluctishosting.com/ .
For our server we will need many, many Mini-Game Arenas built. So we are asking you to help us with it! We will offer Plugins/Advertisement/Money in return!
What do you have to do to build for us? You need to contact me. Preferably on skype (kobiemkw) I will have several questions for you there about pricing, what plugins you need etc.

Stupid question, if I were to learn JavaScript would that allow me to script plugins?
No, JavaScript is for designing websites (along with HTML). Java is complete different, which allows you to code in Java (for Minecraft plugins).
You need to learn Java and no Java script... Those are not the same thing, many think it is but its not. Learn your basics before rushing into coding.
