Okay, I have been trying to find something to use, but I cant find any program that will record a time lapse by its self as I build...Does anyone know what I am talking about? If so...Please help me.

I wasn't able to get any mods to work with my game, I had to just record footage me building it in my perspective. Yes, you will need to make the video about 20x longer if you want your viewers to keep up with what you are doing though.

Maybe you're looking for something like camera studio mod? It moves around like for a cinematic however fast you need, it works on singleplayer and multiplayer, and you can speed up the results. Plus you can build while it's working! Only drawback is that it is currently outdated. However, I suggest you do some research on it.
I think the guy dropped it. Either that or he's waiting for the Mod API to be released. But yeah, that's the mod you should look into.
Yeah, I think you use another account, like have your friend film you.
You want something like a camera that sits off to the side and records while you are in the action building? Maybe an afk friend? Sorry, don't know too much about MC recording.
