Well I can build but I can't be on 3 hours a day nor can I pay. Sorry I'm put off.
I think you are a bit too greedy. Not the way to attract people like this.
You sound like a minecraft server owner who had way too much trollers on his server and should stop owning minecraft servers because he just can't handle it.

So you're basically saying that 10-13 year olds can't build, and that 17-10000 year olds can't either?

So basically, you are forcing some people to do things they might not be able to do, like have skype, stay on for 3 hours or more, pay the server money, etc. You may be making some wrong choices.
