Hello everyone, I am hosting a contest right now and then for making a spawn. I need a new spawn for my server and the winner will receive some perks. I have a few rules to go along, but they should be pretty easy to use a get around. Here are the rules

Rules:
- 1. Theme: Utopia
- 2. Must have an area for teleporters
- 3. Must be have Heaven-like Buildings
- 4. Intricate Design
- 5. Small town with Futuristic Design
- 6. Not like any other spawn
- 7. Has an area above the utopia that people jump off into Utopia. -Hellish Theme
