I can't download it for some weird reason it says I have to upgrade my Mediafire to Mediafire Pro that will cost me money that I will not do

user has uploaded it as a folder not a .zip, because of this you will need to download ever item in the folder one by one, the will need to compress it into an archived file if you want to download it all as one
