HALP - Need ideas !

So my projekt atm is the big elven city from LOTR

Im likeing the way its going atm. but its getting kinda dull to just make big trees,
so im seeking a few bright ideas on how to spice my build up abit.
it can even be another tree design if you got one..
any help is appriciatet!
