Make This Map possible!
Greetings I am I small time mapper. I am going to create a LARGE map and I want the minecraft community(the best in the world!) to help me make it. Dont worry I wont make u build I giant castle or create a whole redstone system, I just want the communities great ideas. If I choose your Idea I shall mention u in the map via head or if you want I can make a funny quote to mention u or whatever. Also You will recive a download link to the map a week or two early. I dont want perfected ideas but I want the map to be community based (Put it this way I want to spend my saturday night, giving myself 100's of heads for the map. So please dont be shy give your ideas . Okay so I am changing the format. Every week or so I will update this forum and ask for a different idea ie:boss, plot, names ect. In the mean time of that just post your ideas, they might not be in the category of which I asked, but It still want the awsome minecraft communities ideas for............ EVERYTHING!......To do with the map!
This weeks ask is........ A plot
The following are the themes used in this map, keep in mind these when u think of a plot.
1.medevil
2.fantasy
3.modern
4.sci-fi
5.what? (A completely random world with no actual main theme)
6.Dystopia/utopia
Things to keep in mind are that there is going to be a change of theme througout the map so it will go from medevil to sci-fi or whatnot. Be creative!
Things that have been decided:
1. It will be multi-theme ie:medevil,fantasy,modern,sci-fi ect.
2.It will also be multi-genre
Please help, put your ideas the worst you can get is a No, but if it is funny/creative enough you still might be mentioned.

Well you know, I've always liked a sky island, like the one they use in One Piece: "Skypiea".. Or you could make this mountain as in LOTR, where the goblins live with tunnels and bridges over ravines, or where the elves live... well now I'm thinking about movies and such there is of course Harry Potter haha, with the train, you could make a train station.. Connect a train track to an Island with a huge castle.. A forest with HUGE trees where there are treehouses.. Well I might have more ideas.. If you like 'em pm me

P.S minor idea, get a spawn egg rename it to DinnerBone in an anvil and you will get a surprise (unless you know what happens)

Yeah lol I know what happens, and like I say, I more ideas are posted I will continue, in the mean time I will work on my own maps.

Hi dude, Nobody Is actualy posting ang suggestions, It has ha 300+ views and only 12 replies, including mine to other peoples, I have made a new forum, to get the word out, I still really want to do this, but If nobody is bothered whats the point. If more people start giving suggestion on the NEW one I will re-start this map. K I will make maps on my own, but this might not be worth it.

Plot: Call it MashedUniverse
The plot is that in the beginning their were seperate islands with different themes to suit different people. One day, an unknown force brought these islands together to create MashedUniverse. Now all of the themes are as one and the forces can team up, create wars and conquer.
For Medieval have towns, camps, cities, mountain strongholds, castles.
For Sci-Fi have a moon kind of landscape with aliens, rockets, space wars.
For Fantasy have a giant elf tree, dwarf stronghold, orc camps.

You are #1 in line, howewever some people may think of truly amazing plots, in that case I will still mention you in map for it being very creative but It might not be the plot k. Sorry :/ I am not saying No but not saying yes,

Do you mean this as a boss or whatnot? if so I shall cosider ut as a part will be sci-fi themed.

Make a few towns maybe, diversify it, don't make it based around one area.
I want to make the map as good as it can get. I will make it very large amd was actualy thinking of making an rpg.

I could help out with redstone a lot and don't mind making the whole redstone system pm me if there is any help needed.
I will handle all building, redstone ect. ect. What I want is the communities ideas. The idea is that this is YOUR map, Not mine, YOUR the Communities map, I will handle any confusing areas but I want the community to sculpt it. Thank you for the offer though
