Can anyone seeing this check out my builds? I put lots of work into them and would like to know they're decent. This is my first day so anything you guys say will be enough to motivate me!

I think you should work on more details and less repeating patterns, make things that give depth and also lines that seperate patterns. It may look stupid in small scale, but using different blocks that look random can really improve a wall, like with brick you could use stained clay to vary the texture, and remember half-slabs and stairs are really useful. That being said, your buildings look good, but I'm giving you advice that I think would help you, which I believe is what you are looking for.
Nice, but get some shaders and resource packs and things. Apparently in this new era of Minecrafting, the presentation is more important than the actual build.
I only took a peek and I'm not the best judge, but from what I've seen I think your builds are okay. They are a bit plain looking, though.
