I'm looking for educational JAVA Minecraft Maps
I am in the process of collecting together and playing all the Minecraft maps I can find which I can use in a classroom setting. I am collecting together Maths maps, Science maps, accurate Geography and History maps and I would really appreciate anyone providing links to maps I can make into YouTube videos, with a link of course to the original location of the map for my students and others to download and use.

I'm putting all the ones I find on http://www.timetoteach.co.uk so that I don't lose them. I am now going to build it into a big collection of educational maps for people to come and use - sorted by the topics.

There's not many educational maps because there isnt a 'market' for it, as in there wont be many people who appreciate it. This will lead to map creators avoiding maps with a purely non-fiction historical/geographical theme.
There is an educational map scene in the Education edition though, as Mojang/Microsoft are pushing maps for it
That being said there's some notable high quality educational maps, although they are mainly scattered:
Minecraftmap's "Educational maps" (Not many choices though)
Huge geographical map of Earth (and its biomes)
This might not work for Education edition, but there is a way to export maps from Bedrock/Education (as its most likely the same format) to Java edition. However it requires a 3rd party program, and even then the conversion may not succeed without issues
