Jigsaw structure generating really small

I've been trying to have a custom structure generate with jigsaws, but for some reason, even with generation size 7, its really small... I can't seem to figure out how to make it bigger. Am I doing something wrong? Here's an image of what it usually generates as: Image. (I cant figure out how to upload an image normally). I wanted it to be like stronghold size, but this is the best Im getting. Does anyone have any tips or ideas for what I could be doing wrong?
