Making SG map

Ok so on my server we are making a survival games map. It's gonna be VERY big so how should we make the dome for the map because we can't do it by hand and the server will crash if we use WE or VoxelSniper so any suggestions?

I would say use WE, but do a little at a time (My friend tried doing it all at once, and it killed the server for a few days XD)
