Hi everyone. I'm trying to do a themed map and I want to add a thing. I saw in a server some "bots", they looked like people but they were just standing still and looking at you, they also turned their heads. Some of them sold things.. How do I spawn them? There's a command? Maybe it's something you can do only in servers?

Plugin, singleplayer can get you the character standing still, but not the GUI and other features.
But if for example i put a human skin to a zombie he will still have the pose of zombie.. And i can give him just one skin.. I thought it was easy lol i think i'll just surrender even though i really wanted to do it
You can simply do /summon <mob>
and then /effect @e[type=<mob>,c=1] slowness 999999 255 true
To summon a mob and give the nearest of that type slowness.
The GUI is done with plugins, you can't do that in vanilla.
