Map Making Help
Help guys,
I am making a map and i wanted to know if there was a way to make TNT blow up but do no damage to the surroundings if there is a way in vanilla MC please tell me other people are gonna have to play my map with a mod and i don not want people to play maps with mods unless necessary.

tnt doesnt do damage to while its in water but it does damage players
