Minecraft world help

Hey guys I need your help.I need to make my minecraft world look amazing, I've
made a lighthouse and considering making a pirate ship.Please help me,any suggestions?

a sea side town, a big one, like where people could by cannons, or mast repairs, etc...

Make a dock if you want to build a pirate ship. Choosing a theme for your world is also a great idea. I can say that looking/browsing through pics can give inspirations for your world. Hope his helped!
