MetaKnight did you spawn there or did you fly out that way, because you should have spawned next to a mountain with lanterns hanging from it.

I would go with a cind of medevil style using cracked stone brick, cobble, spruce logs and a simple cobblestone fire place and pretty much just keep it as simple as possible

Maybe you could try this method, just edit the commands for however high the floor is aand for who you want to enter.

Make sure to put all files in a folder, and then put the folder in your world saves.

I have an idea for it, at least for the outside. How about stone brick walls and other things that go with that kind of style? Im also good with banners, so if you want some banners, just say so, and tell me what sort of designs you want on them, or whatever else...
