Pixelmon Structures

I want to build a structure from the mod Pixemon into my creative and my survival worlds. You clearly see it here at x: -790, z: 1824

Unfortunately, my PC isn't able to handle pixelmon without constant lag. Can anyone give me a seed and coordinates to help?
