Why hasn't there been a building contest announced yet? Should we be expecting one soon? I thought it was a monthly thing.

It isn't necessarily a monthly thing. Project contests take longer to organize probably because it's harder to find suitable project judges than skin judges and the prizes are more valuable than those in our skin contests. I'm sure one will be announced in the near future. Just be patient.
