Hello! On my server we have a really crappy spawn that needs a major revamp. It need to be from 200x200 to 300x300 in size. I am going for an industrial look. The main blocks should be Stone Brick, glowstone, glass, stone slabs, and any quartz block.

The spawn will have the following: Server Shop, Player Shops (Planning for a Mall style one), an event area, nether portal area ( with nether terrain around it), Jail, Bank, and a world portal area (there will be 4 portals, about 9x9 each.)

If I were you I would make the spawn to the best of your ability and remember to leave room for some expansion.
Then once your server gets a bit more popular, you can go around and view all of your players houses and creations and offer them the job.
