Some thing's you might wanna take into account is that newer guests want info quick and with minimal effort. So your actual spawning area should be open (or in a spacey room) with signs or whatever you wish to place your info on.
The spawn its self? You're gunna wanna go big. This is what the guests are going to judge your server on. If it's not impressive, they'll leave.
Those are just some decent guidelines. If you actually want specific ideas, message me.
