Server Spawn Needed!
I am making a Factions/PVP server soon, but don't have a spawn! The server is going to have a 300 person limit however probably wont reach that many people.
Building Requirements:
Must be big enough for several communal areas.
Must have spaces for things like shop etc..
Must have a square outline, however within that square shapes/sizes don't matter
Cannot be based on a mod/plugin (World edit etc still can be used)
Prize:
You will get 100% credit for the build, and you will receive a free donator rank.

BTW you have until Friday to enter first submissions, if I choose you I might ask you to slightly adapt your design to suit exactly what I'm looking for

For the people who asked:
it needs space for up to 75 people, are for things like shops, drop party areas etc... cannot require a mod to function, but worldedit etc can be used to make it.
