I agree with the posts above me; it's too plain. Try to make it bigger and add more detail to the towers in the corners.

Like Nom900 said, it's very plain. Simple isn't a bad thing, but I don't think extra detail would hurt. The layout is nice, however, if it was me I would add some more character, maybe a certain theme to each corner tower.
For a spawn it seems a bit plain to me, but I think that's likely just due to personal preferences. I prefer to build my spawns full of elegant gardens with little waterfalls, and I keep it really compact.
Anyways, I'm sure it works well with your personal server.
