This good for a spawn?
Okay, I've been building for a while now, and finally, have finished the main lobby area of my server.

Add grass and flowers to make it a little more better

That is an awesome spawn. Its a good idea to have your server in a regular world instead of a flatland, (If you want it flat, make a flat surface using MCEdit or WorldEdit)
So use MCEdit to copy and paste this spawn and plop it in a regular world. Just select the whole spawn and save it, go to another world, and paste it in there.

He can always just create a different world and have it so they get teleported there...
Personally, speaking from experience as both a player and a server admin, I think it helps a lot when your server info is centralized. People aren't going to go out of their way to read the rules, donation info, ranks, website, and staff lists 99% of the time. For this reason, I'm not a huge fan of your spawn design since it pushes the most important things off to the side where your players are less likely to read them. Changing this would likely make your life as an admin on said server much easier.
What i like, is putting them over there, if they don't read it it's their fault, any smart person would probably read it.

Some servers have a plug-in that forces people to agree with the rules before they can do anything. But this can be confusing for younger players.
Nice build. In my opinion it needs more stuff to fill in the grass spaces. This server's spawn is similar and they filled in the 4 wedges nicely. In your case these "wedges" are the grass areas. This is from the server I play on called "RaidJunkies".

Well, yeah, when I get up tomorrow, i will definitely add more stuff, whatever i build at 3am won't be very good.
its pretty good but as the others said MORE DETAIL! other than that its pretty sweet
