I think we should meet after Greenwich time,because,you american people are very far from Romania,and the hour difference is pretty big.That's why I want to meet after Greewich time.

I am all in favor of friday, saturday, or sunday, I think 5 PM is a good time. I think that vanilla or even classic for a texturepack is good. We don't want to get crazy. I think that getting a blog or something up first is important. I don't know everyone on the team and think that getting a blog set up would be good. This forum thing can get long and confusing fast.

Well, you see, I can create a blogger account for updates; as well as mass emails. Meeting on Fridays is great (I have school too), but When? 5 Pm EST? Suggest times please. Also, are any other days convenient? Like Saturday? Maybe Tuesday? Also I can host a server just fine. I will be able to run the server tomorrow if we can agree on things like time... And I am using Sphax PureBDCraft. What looks good in sphax might not in your texturepack. Should we all use Vanilla? Or on any one texturepack? Thanks again for signing up!

And I got a server we can build on, Build a few cities.

I think that in game and checking skype would be enough for basic information. I think that someone should be in charge, I would assume you illusionist, to post a weekly update on how things are going with ongoing projects and upcoming ones. These could be done on this forum or create a new one for every week. If weekly is not working then maybe monthly. Forums or mass emails should be the first source of news. It seems inaffective if we have to learn news through the in game or skype. I would also like to suggest getting a server up and runnning as soon as possible. Even if the server is private and small, it allows us to get use to each other as a team and see what everyone has as far as building and creativity wise. I am EST time as well.
