I was wondering if there was a way to get VoxelSniper for Minecraft 1.5.2 but for singleplayer... If there is, please send a link to the download.

There are simillar features in WorldEdit
There isn't a single player version of VS, and there likely won't be any in the future. If you can run a local server off your computer, you can get the latest CraftBukkit release - there's a compatible VS build with it off the Voxelwiki.
