I use Mr crayfishs model creator. When I make a model, in the game it looks purple. I've not tried in a newer Minecraft, it was in 1.12 but I'll try in 1.15.2.

I used to use that model creator too, but I found out it has many drawbacks. I recommend blockbench – it acts very similar, but it's better (with no offence to Mr. Crayfish).
One_Nose I use Blockbench Online, is that ok?
