Help!!!

i have this issue with all my pumpin textures that when placed next to eachother the stems texture loses a face based on what direction its connected to, im using blockbencch and fabric etm and emf if that changes anything, is there a easy way i can change it? ( also how do i change materials so my shaders dont make my iron golems pumpkin head shiny )
