Bilateral Minecraft Computing

Hello!
I'm wondering (if at all) a Bilateral Minecraft computer can be built (If so) I would like to get my hands on it!!! I've tried to get information from the web but have not found what I'm looking for... And if anyone wants I think I have a truth table for them to use with Bilateral Minecraft OR gates which I'll post below...

Please before answering look up what I'm saying!!!
Truth table answer key: Z is in X and Y are out which is backwards to normal function... but Bilateral means Both Ways...
