Hey guys, this is my latest and greatest project!
8 Bit SuperClocked CPU| v2.0

First off, the reason it is v2.0 is because on this version, I have my conditional jumping be 2 cycles instead of one, doing this allowed me to increase my clock speed from 40 ticks all the way down to 15 ticks.
Specs include, but are not limited to:
ALU: 8 Bit, 7 ticks
REG: 7 Bytes, 4 tick throughput.
RAM: 31 Bytes 4 tick read, 4 tick write.
PC: 5 bits
CLOCK: Stable at 15 ticks.
THERE IS NO PIPELINE IN THIS CPU
