Add a comparator and an extra circuit which contains a memory module that feeds back into the side of the comparator. As soon as you press the button the signal will power the memory module which will lock the comparator. Every extra press is then meaningless.

I'll see if I can come up with an example later this evening after work.

You would have to create a looping signal wich would prevent the button from being used twice. Sorry rephrase even if the button was pressed twice I don't think it would effect the infinite loop signal
