I'm building a map on my bukkit server, and I have run into a problem. I need to know how to make command block tp people on a bukkit server. I know how to do it on a vanilla server, but I just can't find any thing that would give me the right info. So please help me with this.

To do this, it is the same with Vanilla.
Though, if you have a plugin like essentials with the /tp player command, it will override the command block.
Therefore, it won't be teleporting someone to coordinates, it will be teleporting someone to another person.

do u want them to be random, to all the people, or just to the nearest player?
if you do, then do /tp @_ (cords)
the _ after @ can be replaced by r to get random player, a for every player, or p i think for nearest
