Command blocks
I have downloaded a lot of redstone creations maps made by sethbling. I dont understand how does he know all the commands, and the stuff inside. I only know the basics, i only know how to use it using the commands in /help

The Minecraft Wiki page has more detailed explanations than /help. For more complicated commands that use data tags (like Sukhbirr's /summon example), this thread might be useful.

It's extremely complicated. You can use NBT tags and stuff like that to kind of change the commands a bit. So you can turn something like:
into
/summon Creeperinto
/summon Creeper ~ ~ ~ {ExplosionRadius:100}
