Help!
so i made a mass stone generator from a video on youtube and the finished product doesnt work like its supposed to. water comes out and destroys my redstone and i cant figure out why can anybody help me?? the one i did is this one...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eV83CTcmyis

Like the people above said, we can't give you specific advice unless you provide a picture. I did however look into the comments on the video, and found this. Might help you, might not, I have no clue.
UPDATE for Multiplayer Servers: May not work for all servers - To help troubleshoot water or lava destruction problems I found this procedure to finally work correctly on my server.
(A) putting all the repeaters on the back row (bottom) to 2 ticks like he says
(B) pre-running the device to get the pistons into correct position
(C) THEN completing the build like he shows - BUT DONT START IT YET!!!
(D) NOW (before running it) you must re-set the rear bottom Repeaters to 4 full ticks.
Then and only then did mine run correctly on a 1.7.2(4) Multiplayer Survival server. I'm guessing it really depends on how much latency your server has.

im on a skyblock serverd im wondering if thats the issue

1. Is their any lag? (Server lag)
2. Did you build it correctly? Have you rechecked multiple times?
1. not much if any at all
2. yes i have watched the video going back and forth multiple times
