So I'm making a Mario Kart 8 (I said 8, with the things that Mario Kart 8 had with Anti-Gravity, Computers (That is going to be hard), and other things), BUT I am having issues with power-ups. The little Mystery Boxes need a randomizer, and I don't want to do that chest/hopper thing, something a bit different, and more reliable, unless someone convinces me. So if any of you PMC people had any experience or anything, please leave it in the comments below. Thank you.

Well, I'm doing MANY mario kart powerups, like 15+ so...yup
well with 15+ then the @r selector with summoning sand entities would be pretty easy, fast and compact. Also depending on how you have it set up, if you have a way to designate a players place you could even set up other randomisers to control what items a player in a certain place can get much like in the game
I think an easier way to go about this would be to use the @r[entity] selector or depending on the number of items if it's 9 or less use the command block dispenser randomisers.
