You should make the top Hopper drop the meat so you don't have to do it manually. Also, the lever at the bottom should be on a delayed timer so the button you press at the beginning dispenses the cooked meat.
One last challenge: make an oven that detects what kind of meat you put in it and then cooks that animal! It can be done, just create a sorting system (check on youtube, tons of videos) and then put comparators on the chests that pick up items.
