One Command Creation | 1.8 Combat in 1.9

Hello! I know alot of people do not like the new 1.9 combat, so, I decided, it would be interesting to make this small little component you can add to your world, if you are doing this on a server, you will need Administrator access, or else it won't work. What the machine does, is very simple, it gives you the Haste effect whenever you are holding a sword, and removes it instantly when you are not, if you didn't know, the Haste effect in 1.9 also decreases the attack cooldown, and that is how this works, I tried my best to make it survival friendly, although, you can still mine simple blocks with your sword instantly, such as, dirt, grass, gravel, sand, etc. But, it seemed impossible to fix that, atleast for me.
