Hey dude I think that if you wanna go for a more popular skinning style, I'd say you should shade it a lot more, try other shading styles than "pillow shading" (you can google all of that if you want and when you skin you can apply what you learnt) I think also that unless you wanted to put some makeup on his face, you should remove the black lips and replace them with human colored lips, and perhaps move them further down in the face (or just no mouth at all) You're doing good on the hair but it can be improved, it looks like the poor boy is getting hit from lights all around himself lol.
