I'm sorry. The shading was kinda poor and I didn't see any originality. The quality was... Well, it looks like you just sorta put the most generic skins here.
I would suggest being more creative and looking up shading tutorials.
Try setting an alarm to go off every ten minutes and make a skin out of whatever you're looking at.

Shading Technique : I saw no shading, at all.
Originality : I wouldn't call it original, because a lot of "skinners" make a "teen skin"
Quality : Not the best, but I know you will get better, I suggest working on shading and have more "original" ideas. Use your imagination, its a magic place

Obviously you can see the skin isn't well..
It's not bad, but it's not great either. We don't expect a beautiful masterpiece from you because, of course, you're just beginning.

I will say that the layout and base colours of the newer skin are better than your old. If you're getting into female skins I would suggest that you bring the eyes up a bit more to at least fit in a mouth in or else you go down the road of 'generic girl skin #836'.

The shading.. what shading? You should shade the whole skin not only the edges.
Originality: Looks like every other "Girl" skin I see.
Quality: The shirt is alright, could use some shading and better colour picking.

Again, I don't mean to be harsh, but this is definitely an improvement, but you could go a lot farther. Try looking at some tutorials and stuff, I'm sure it will help.

Try to imagine where the shadows would be and where the highlights would be and draw it in apropriately.

Haha thats true I only shades the edges a tiny bit, Im currently working on 1 better than this with nicer colours, and also shaded
