WebGL Help?

The title describes just this very topic: I'm having WebGL troubles. Just yesterday Kefka uploaded a new skin,and so I get interested and go to see it,but right away I notice a issue, "It appears your system cannot support WebGL" but it couldn't be true because only just the day before I was looking at skins. I went to go to see how to troubleshoot,but Chrome gave me some awful tutorial that didn't help at all. Since my computer didn't help maybe you guys can? If you could help I would show full gratitude. Thanks!
