The Minecraft British Army is now seeking to recruit new personnel for the Army. Below is information on what we do, who you can contact if you have any interest in working with us, and what benefits and lifestyle you can expect while working within the British Army. Our information is personalized to help you understand each opportunity we have for you.
BOT DEVELOPERS
Being an MCBA Bot Developer is a great opportunity for those who have the skills to do so. Being a Bot Developer allows many different benefits while allowing you to create features for the server which will make the experience better for you and everyone else.
BENEFITS:
- You will receive the respect and authority of a Headquarters member.
- You will be able to play this server as a regular player in addition to fulfilling this role.
- You will be invited to and have the ability to participate in Headquarters calls and meetings.
- You will gain access to restricted channels far prior to when they are opened.
- You will be able to communicate in the calls and chats of all regiments.
- You will become a member of the exclusive Corps of Royal Engineers regiment.
DUTIES:
- You will make bots to improve the quality and entertainment value of the MCBA Discord.
- You will be responsible for communicating frequently with Army Headquarters to identify issues which you can fix using bots and Discord administration power.
- You will need to be active in the Discord server and at least semi-active on the Minecraft Server when it opens.
PLUGIN DEVELOPERS
Being an MCBA Plugin Developer means fulfilling the single most important role in ensuring the success of the British Army. You will be creating features for the server to make playing our server fun and functional as a plugin developer. You may be assigned a variety of different plugins to create. However, we won't be asking for anything majorly hard or overly complex. We also won't be asking for a high volume of plugins, as we only have a few custom plugins that need to be made, so if something ends up taking longer than expected, then you should not have to worry about that.

- You will gain access to the server and have permissions on the server prior to the opening of the server.
- You will be able to communicate in the calls and chats of all regiments.
- You will become a member of the exclusive Corps of Royal Engineers regiment.
DUTIES:
- You will make plugins to improve the server which may include creating helicopters, parachutes, and traffic lights.
- You will be responsible for working with our modeler, TheSovietUnion__, to ensure that items created in our plugins have quality models attached to them.
- You will need to be at least semi-active on the Minecraft Server when it opens.
- You will need to be active on the server prior to its opening.
COMMANDING OFFICER
Being a Commanding Officer in the British Army is an exciting and important opportunity to lead others and grow the Minecraft British Army. As a Commanding Officer you are the single highest authority within your regiment and are the most executive figure within it, being tasked with the direct leadership of it and its staff.
BENEFITS:
- You will become a full members of Headquarters with the rank of Major General (OF-7)
- You will receive some level of early access to the server.
- You will be invited to and have the ability to participate in Headquarters calls and meetings.
- You will have a leadership role with authority to make great change for the British Army.
- You will be able to play a very involved role in the quality of the British Army.
- There are a large number of regiments (11) for you to lead. You will be able to find a job tailored to your desires.
DUTIES:
- You will be responsible for your regiment's leadership and activity.
- You will hire Officers for your regiment.
- You will need to be at least semi-active on the Minecraft Server before it opens.
- You will need to be very active on the server after its opening.
