Beta Test My Custom Map! {Applications Needed}

Hi All,
I am currently in the end of building my custom map. So I want to Beta test it! Here is a little about the map first:
Composed of over 10 different mini games in 1 map! (Such as: Kit Pvp, Maze Tower, CTF, and Defend the Castle).
Now that I have told you a bit about the map, here is the point of this topic. I am looking for 6-12 people to come on my server help me test the map.
If you are interested, leave a comment below answering these questions:
1- How old are you
2- How long have you been playing minecraft
3- Do you have skype?
4- How often and when are you free?
5- Skype name
6- Some way I can contact you
A bit of criteria:
1: You must 15 or older
2: You will need to clear up at least 3 hours of time to play
