Developers Needed

hello, I am starting, with the help of some friends, a network of modpack servers, we would be running AOTBT, FTB monster, FTB direwolf 20, and vanilla MC. And at the moment, we only have 1 Developer. I am currently looking for one or two more developers to assist us. The devs need to be able to fix JAR files, code bukkit, code java and javascript as in the future we intend to create our own modpack if the network is sucsessfull. If you do a good job and we end up using what ever you do for us, as soon as the server is launched and starts making money, you will be rewarded for what you have done.
