Ahh, so now this has turned in to an arguement, because of you stupidly calling me an idiot.
Well, for your less 'cheesy' intro, how about something more casual that doesn't sound like you're trying to sell PPI. This could be just briefly introducing yourself and your server's aims without using any of primary school's pursuasive techniques.
As for your idea, you are hiring devs for a Prison server, but there are plenty of Prison plugins on Bukkit, why not use one of those? Same with the Kit Pvp. Try coming up with a completely different idea to what you currently have. When the whole Prison idea was new, and some amazingly smart guy first designed it, his server would have been popular, but now the gamemode is massivly overused, alongside Towny, Hub, Pvp, Survival, Factions, Plots, Creative, Hunger Games and so many more.
So if you could stop and think. Take a look at many modern films, books and TV programmes and they may give you an idea that has never been done before. Then! You can recruit some developers to make that idea a reality.
